Policy 

• A small deposit is required for all appointments booked. It will be applied to your balance. To receive a refund, you must reschedule or cancel 24hrs. before the start of your appointment time.

• Payments are accepted in Cash, Cash app, PayPal, Zelle and Car (fees applied w/card)

•                 

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 mins late, please call or text us to let us know. If we are running behind more than 10 mins., we will refund the deposit. After 30 mins. if you have not arrived, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no show. 

•                                       

• Please call-in advance to confirm same day appointments!  Any vouchers from a third party are NOT eligible for same day service, nor emergency/convenient appts.

•  

• For hair services must come with hair washed and bring your own hair. Please contact us for recommendations.                          

• You must have 50% of your lashes on for a fill, or you will be charged for full set.                                              

• Please wash lashes and remove all make-up before arriving. Please remove contacts as it is a safety hazard.

•                       

• A $20 surcharge may apply if you have previous work not done by Mia Amour Beauty Studio.
